Office romances: good or bad?

Ever dated a co-worker? Known couples in the office?

Some companies have open policies when it comes to office relationships, while others absolutely forbid it.

In Access Atlanta’s dating blog, Laney discusses ‘love at work’. It’s not her cup of tea but has it worked out for you or any of your coworkers?

How do your employers feel about this?

It is very bad, because when it is over you want to see that person and you really do not want to see them with a new person.

Office romance! Bad idea! I’m not saying it couldn’t/can’t work, but, the two people MUST BE PROFESSIONAL so that if/when the break-up occurrs company business will continue and neither one will allow personal feelings to get involved. They must also realize that the company had nothing to do with their romance, they were to only be co-workers. Besides, who would want to quit their job (especially if they love their job)just to avoid their past? I don’t.
